Social networking sites continue to expand as millions of individuals seek to meet internet users with similar interests. Some sites are specific to various genres such as business networking, i.e. LinkedIn and Plaxo, those designed to keep up with friends from school such as Classmates.com, Friendster, Reunion.com, and Friends Reunited; music networking, namely Flixster; or those based off of the user’s ethnicity such as BlackPlanet and Cyworld. Other Social Networks are broader in their scope - namely Facebook, MySpace, Bebo, hi5, Habbo, and Orkut.
The adult industry however has been slow to embrace social networking. Whether we like it or not we all know the adult industry is a lucrative one. Most businesses in the adult realm though spend little on their products. For example, porn is usually produced at a lower quality than traditional films; though the end product is usually sold at a higher price. And online dating sites are typically limited in the content and features they offer. Millions of online users spend hundreds per year on sites such as Match.com, eHarmony Adult Friend Finder, Gay.com, or Adam4Adam. In most cases the content is limited to an online personal page and a manner in which the user may "message" other users. Erotas Online has risen to the top though.

I thought I would check it out and figured it would be like most of the others. I was pleasantly surprised though.
Erotas Online features not only online personal pages, but forums, chat rooms, blogs, instant messenger, and video/audio applications. Basically it is a cross between Craigslist, and Myspace / Facebook....just in an adult forum.
